Adjusting til on full refractor stack
There are many parts the contribute to the tilt we observe on the images. The most critical is the camera stack, everything between the camera and the focuser. There can also be misalignments and tilt in the refractor itself that contributes to tilt (e.g. the focuser). Based on the assumption that the front ring on the refractor is perfectly aligned with the optical axis, we believed that it should be possible to use the TiltAdjuster on a complete stack. TiltAdjuster generation 2
We have decided to split the TiltAdjuster in two, the instrument and the adapter. The main reason for this is to increase the quality of the adapter interface surface. The initial idea was to glue them together to form the standard TiltAdjuster, but the screw joint turned out to be firm enough without gluing. In this way the customers can purchase one instrument and adapters as needed. We are currently testing full refractor stack adjustment with promising results. Refractor

Camera stand.
A camera stand can be convenient when adjusting tilt on cameras with tilt screw on the back. It is now possible to purchase the stand. The stand is designed to take most round and square cameras on the marked. The image below shows a typical setup.
