Refractor stack tilt removal

The optimal is to check the tilt on a complete stack including all elements from camera to front lense. We have used the TiltAdjuster to remove tilt on a few refractors with encouraging results. The use of the TiltAdjuster to discover correct til is based on the assumption that the front ring is perpendicular to the optical axis.
