AstroPrecision can make custom adapters matching non standard dimensions. For telescope adapters you have to specify the two diameters, D1 and D2 (see the illustration).
 
Note that the use of the TiltAdjuster to adjust tilt on the complete stack is based on the assumption that the surface of the front ring is perpendicular to the optical axis! We have not tested all telescopes so we cannot guarantee that it works well for all.
